ABOUT REBECCA
I work with people at points of transition: when something has ended, changed or no longer feels right and the way forward is not yet clear.
My approach is grounded in coaching psychology and draws on a range of psychologically informed approaches. I offer a thoughtful, confidential space to make sense of what is happening, notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck and consider what you want to do next.
My work is particularly suited to people navigating relationship breakdown, divorce, loss, estrangement, midlife change, retirement, career transition or a broader sense that life has shifted and they are unsure of what comes next.
My practice is supported by supervision and reflective practice.
The photographs throughout this site are my own - moments and places from a life lived through change, rather than stock imagery.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY
HOW I WORK
-
Understand
We start by making sense of what is happening now: what has changed, what feels difficult and what you need from our work together.
-
Explore
We look beneath the immediate problem at the patterns, relationships, assumptions and emotions that may be shaping your experience.
-
MOVE FORWARD
From there, we work out what comes next: not forcing an answer, but by helping you make clearer, more deliberate choices.
